DEDICATION

To all the combatants who had the misfortune of leaving the relative safety of this great country of ours—who ventured into harm's way to mingle with a populus who more times than not, did not want us there, who braved the elements, the war, and by the sheer grace of GOD came home to tell the story as in some small way I tried to do here—I dedicate this book.

This book is also dedicated to all of the people involved with the USO, in the past, present, and future. They were there to help our soldiers in Vietnam, and they are here today to help our men and women in uniform around the world, and their families at home. Support the USO!
